Lewiston Morning Tribune Sunday, February 27, 1916 Miss Rhoda Wright Dead Passed Away Yesterday Afternoon Following Lingering Illness. Miss Rhoda Wright, aged 19 years, passed away yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the apartments of her mother in the Weisgerber block, death resulting from tuberculosis with which she had been afflicted for the past several months. Miss Wright came to Lewiston with her mother over a year ago. The first intimation of tubercular trouble was last summer when she contracted a severe cold. She visited in Montana for a while and when she returned to Lewiston the disease seemed thoroughly fastened upon her and she continued to fail. For the past several days it was known that the end was not far away. Miss Wright was a young lady of lovable qualities and made many friends with the younger set. Besides her mother, Mrs. Florence Wright, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Elmer Priesz. The funeral will be conducted this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Vassar chapel under the auspices of the Christian Science church. |
