Pioneer Woman Dead

Mrs. Louisa J. Wright, mother of Frank Wright, died at Toppenish Aug 25 after a short illness. Funeral services were held Sunday at Sunnyside with the Rev. B. J. Fike officiating. Burial was at the Normal Hill cemetery. Surviving are four children; Frank Wright, Nezperce; Mrs. Addie Thorsen, Madison, S. D.; John E. Wright, Toppenish; and Mrs. Mary Gilbertson, Lenore. Eight grandchildren also survive.

Several years ago Mr. and Mrs. Wright owned a farm on Nezperce prairie known as the Frank Roe place. They were also the former owners of the ____ ranch near Waha. Her husband died five years ago.
