Lewiston Morning Tribune Saturday, February 2, 1935 Miss Alice Willoughby Passed Away Yesterday Miss Alice Willoughby, 87, passed away yesterday morning at St. Joseph's hospital after a lingering illness. Born in Wisconsin on May 9, 1847, with her parents Miss Willoughby came west at an early age. After making her home in different parts of the western country she came to Lewiston four years ago to reside. Surviving are two brothers and two sisters: P. B. Willoughby, F. K. Willoughby and Mrs. Elizabeth Bennett, Lewiston, and Mrs. Myrtle Eastland, Vale, Ore. Mrs. Robert Somerville is a niece. Private funeral services will be held at the Vassar-Shaughnessy-Rawls chapel this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock the Rev. L. C. Hicks officiating. Interment will be at Normal Hill cemetery. The family requests that flowers be omitted. |
