Lewiston Morning Tribune Friday, July 20, 1906 Death Of John Williams. Occurred Yesterday Afternoon at the County Hospital. John Williams, aged 60 years, a well known stonemason of Lewiston, died yesterday afternoon at the county hospital at 4 o'clock from heart trouble. Mr. Williams had been an inmate of the hospital but a short time. It is unknown whether or not he has any relatives in this part of the country. The funeral will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock from Vassar's Undertaking parlors under the auspices of the Stonemason's union, of which the deceased was a member.
Lewiston Evening Teller Funeral - The funeral of John Williams, who died at the county poor house yesterday, was held this afternoon at 3 o'clock from the parlors of undertaker Vassar. The body will be interred in the local cemetery. The regular ritualistic service of the Stone Masons union was held and the body was interred under the auspices of that order of which the deceased was a member. Heart trouble was the cause of the man's death. |
