Lewiston Teller Lewiston, Idaho, August 17, 1908 Death of J. W. White. Resident of Gifford Section Dies at St. Joseph Hospital. J. W. White of Gifford, Ida., died at the St. Joseph hospital this morning from cancer of the stomach. Mr. White was brought to the hospital last Wednesday for treatment. He had been a resident of the Gifford section for some time, and prior to that time lived at Kendrick. The funeral will be conducted tomorrow.
Lewiston Morning Tribune John W. White Dead. John W. White, who was brought to the St. Joseph hospital several days ago, suffering with an abscess of the stomach, died yesterday. The deceased prior to moving to Gifford resided at Kendrick for a number of years and for a period lived in Lewiston. He was a highly esteemed citizen. His brother, B. B. White, of Pasco, Wash., arrived in the city Sunday to be at the bedside of the sick relative. The funeral services will be conducted by Rev. C. W. Geizler of Gifford, a friend of the deceased. |
