Lewiston Morning Tribune Friday, July 19, 1929 Lewiston Pioneer Dead E. R. White, 66, Victim of Illness of Two Months' Duration. E. R. White, 66, Lewiston pioneer, died last night at his home at 204 Twenty-fourth street, after an illness of two months. He had been a resident of Lewiston since boyhood. Funeral arrangements have not been completed, although burial probably will be on Sunday. The body is at the Brower-Wann parlors. Mr. White was a former resident of Lewiston Orchards, having a small tract there for a number of years. He arrived in Lewiston when a boy and spent his life here. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. S. White, have been dead for a number of years. Mrs. White operated a millinery store on Main street for a number of years. Mr. White was born in Maine. He is survived by a son and a daughter, both of Lewiston. They are Earl White and Mrs. Gilbert Williams. |
