Judge Wheary, 86, negro, making his home at 0202 Eighth street, died at St. Joseph's hospital at 2:30 yesterday afternoon after an illness of one year. He resided here 20 years. No known relatives survive. funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 10:30 from the Vassar-Rawls funeral home. Interment will be at Normal Hill cemetery.
