Lewiston, Idaho, Feb. 24. - William Welch, 78, resident of the Lewiston and Camas prairie region since 1883, died today at the home of his brother, Michael Lee Welch, in Spokane. The body will be brought to Lewiston and services will be held at Brower-Wann chapel Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock with the Rev. Calvin Barkow officiating.
