R. E. Weakley, 90, Taken By Death

R. E. Weakley, 90, a retired laborer, died at 11:50 yesterday morning at St. Joseph's Hospital, where he had been a patient for one day. Death was attributed to the infirmities of age.

Mr. Weakley was born Feb. 7, 1871, at St. Joseph, Mo., and came to Idaho 39 years ago. He lived at Sandpoint and at Juliaetta before moving to Lewiston in 1957.

He was married to Mary Scott in 1896. They were divorced in 1907. Survivors include one son, Boyce Weakley of Sterling, Colo.
