Lewiston Morning Tribune Tuesday, April 17, 1934 Thornton Wallace Dies Had Lived in This Region for the Past 25 Years. Thornton Wallace, Lewiston Orchards, a resident of this section for about 25 years, died yesterday morning at White's hospital, where he was taken Sunday night. Mr. Wallace had been in failing health for the last year. He was born in Canada February 11, 1871. He is survived by a widow, Anna Wallace, three children, Mrs. Josephine King, Everett Wallace and Opal Wallace, all of the Orchards, a sister, Mrs. Sue Johnson, Boise, and six brothers, William, Nelson, John, Frank, Holmes and Thomas, all living at Brighton, S. D. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Vassar-Shaughnessy-Rawls chapel, the Rev. J. J. LeFebre officiating. Interment will be at Normal Hill cemetery. |
