Mrs. Ellen Wahl Passes

Succumbs to Pneumonia at Son's Home on Clarkston Heights.

Mrs. Ellen Wahl, 86, a resident of the Gifford section for 28 years, passed away at the home of her son, Bert Wahl, Clarkston Heights, yesterday afternoon, where she had been visiting. The family came to Idaho from Portland in 1908 and located at Gifford. Death ensued from pneumonia after a few days illness.

Mrs. Wahl is survived by four daughters and three sons, Mrs. J. A. Imer, Cornelius, Ore.; Mrs. Roscoe Lough and Mrs. Guy Correll, Gifford; Roy Wahl, Peck; Frank Wahl, Markman, Wash.; Mrs. W. E. Fitch, Blaine, Ore., and Bert Wahl, Clarkston Heights; also 30 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at the Brower-Wann chapel Thursday morning at 10 o'clock, with interment in the cemetery at Gifford that afternoon.
