Lewiston Morning Tribune Friday, August 29, 1913 Death of Joseph Triplett. After a lingering illness, extending over a long period of years, Joseph Triplett, aged 78, died in this city yesterday, death being directly due to a stroke of paralysis, connected with ailments incident to old age. At the time of the aged man's death a daughter, Miss Lizzie Triplett, was at the bedside, she having been his constant companion for some time past. Mr. Triplett had resided in this section of the country for about ten years past, and the last year of his life was spent at the place where he died. Aside from the daughter in attendance another daughter residing on Craig mountain survives. The funeral services will be conducted this morning from Vassar chapel. |
