Lewiston Morning Tribune Thursday, December 6, 1951 Alice M. Taylor Of Culdesac Dead Alice M. Taylor, 61, a resident of Culdesac since 1943, died at 12:11 yesterday afternoon at St. Joseph's hospital. Death was due to arthritis, from which Mrs. Taylor has suffered for eight years. She was born July 7, 1890, in Whitley county, Ky., and married Chauncey R. Taylor, who survives, at Lewiston April 13, 1912. Mrs. Taylor lived at Ahsahka from 1910 until 1912. She later resided in Canada and at Almota, Juliaetta, Bishop and Penewawa before moving to Culdesac in 1943. Other survivors are Mrs. Jack Hewins, Seattle, a daughter; Alex Killian, Spokane, and Joe Killian of Tennessee, brothers; Mrs. Sam Vanderpool, Clarkston, a sister; and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Christian church tomorrow at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Paul Deane Hill as officiant. Burial will be at Normal Hill cemetery with the Brower-Wann funeral home in charge. |
