Henrietta Southwick

Lewiston, Idaho - Mrs. Henrietta Southwick, 80, a resident of Nez Perce County for 65 years died at the home of her son, H. L. Southwick, in Lewiston Orchards. She had been ill seven years.

Mrs. Southwick was born Oct. 28, 1885, at Beaver City, Neb., and lived there until moving to Southwick, Idaho, in 1900. She married LeRoy Southwick, son of Stephen Southwick, who came to the county in 1882 and became the first postmaster at Southwick, Idaho. Her husband died in 1952 and she then moved to Lewiston. She was a member of the Methodist Church.

Besides her son, she is survived by a daughter, Christena Cuddy, Southwick, 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
