R. G. F. Smith, who resided for a number of years at Spalding, passed away at 1:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the St. Joseph hospital, the cause of death being typhoid fever. The deceased was about forty years of age and he is survived by a wife and two children. The funeral will take place Wednesday morning from the Vassar undertaking parlors.
