Lewiston Morning Tribune Monday, January 19, 1948 Margaret W. Smith Passes At Age 89 Mrs. Margaret W. Smith, 89, for 30 years a resident of Lewiston, died at 7:30 last night at St. Joseph's hospital. She was a member of the Catholic church and a widow. A son, Valley Smith, Potlatch, is the only immediate survivor whose name could be ascertained by attendants at Vassar-Rawls funeral home where the body was taken. Two other sons and two daughters also were reported to survive. The body is resting at the funeral home with arrangements pending arrival of relatives.
