The death of Mrs. L. Shockman occurred at St. Joseph's hospital yesterday afternoon from old age, she being 85 years old. Mrs. Shockman was the mother of Sister Dominica and has made her home at the hospital with her daughter for several years. She also has a daughter in the east. The funeral will be held Tuesday morning.
