Lewiston Morning Tribune Friday, July 3, 1925 Chas. Sandberg Dead. Was Employed on River Steamers for Many Years. Charles Sandberg, for a number of years an employee on the river steamer Lewiston, and a watchman on the boat while docked in Lewiston, died at 12:15 yesterday morning at St. Joseph's hospital. He had been at the hospital about six days with a serious liver complaint to which his death was due. His illness has extended over a period of several months. Mr. Sandberg has been a resident of Lewiston for a number of years and was said to be 56 years of age. He was a batchelor and has no known relatives in the west. No arrangements have been made for the funeral. |
