Lewiston Morning Tribune Tuesday, November 7, 1933 John D. Rice Passes Away Farmed Near Stites Before Moving Here 8 Years Ago. John D. Rice, 66, died at St. Joseph's hospital at 10 o'clock yesterday morning following a brief illness. Before coming to Lewiston about eight years ago he farmed near Stites. His home was at 1222 Idaho street. He is survived by a widow, Mrs. Margaret Rice; two daughters and a son: Mrs. C. A. Brice, Lewiston; Mrs. W. C. O'Sullivan, Flint, Mich., and Frank Rice, living at home. The body is resting at the Brower-Wann mortuary. Funeral arrangements will be determined when the daughter at Flint is heard from. |
