Lewiston Morning Tribune December 16, 1900 Death of Mrs. Ratcliffe. Mrs. Eleanor Comeford Ratcliffe, wife of W. E. Ratcliffe, of Peck, died yesterday morning, aged 48 years. The deceased came to this city in October for medical treatment, suffering with an abscess in the side. Blood poisoning developed a few days ago, resulting in her death. Her husband and two sisters ministered to her during her illness and everything possible was done. The funeral will take place at 11:30 o'clock tomorrow morning from the Catholic church.
Lewiston Morning Tribune Mrs. J. G. McLean, of Seattle, and Mrs. C. A. Galloway, of Cedar Canyon, Wash., who have been in the city during the sickness and death of their sister, Mrs. W. E. Ratcliffe, of Peck, returned yesterday to their homes. Mr. Ratcliffe will return to Peck tomorrow. They desire to express their sincere thanks to friends who assisted them in their sorrows, and especially to their physician, Dr. Inman. |
