Lewiston Morning Tribune Tuesday, August 1, 1933 Mrs. Mabel Puyear Dies Leaves Husband, Raymond Hotel Clerk, and 3 Children. Mrs. Mabel Puyear, 49, wife of J. W. Puyear, night clerk at the Raymond hotel, died at St. Joseph's hospital at 9 a.m. yesterday following an illness of six months. Before coming to Lewiston four years ago the family resided at Stites. In addition to a widower she is survived by three children, Mrs. Anna Asker, James and June, all of Lewiston; also a brother, Gus Walker, of Grants Pass, Ore. Funeral services will be held at the Brower-Wann chapel tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock, the Rev. Orval D. Peterson officiating. Interment will be at the Normal Hill cemetery.
