Lewiston Morning Tribune Monday, September 25, 1939 Joseph Peterson, 59, Dead After Prolonged Illness Joseph Peterson, 59, a resident of Idaho 35 years including 13 years in Lewiston, died yesterday afternoon at his home, Lapwai road, after a prolonged illness. He was a native of Denmark, born Sept. 23, 1880, and came to the United States when he was two years old. Before moving west he lived at Albion, Neb. On Dec. 7, 1914, he married Miss May Ingram, Nezperce. He leaves his wife, Mrs. May Peterson, two sons, Donald Peterson and Clayton Peterson, both of Lewiston, one brother and two sisters in Albion. The body is at the Brower-Wann funeral home. Burial arrangements are pending. |
