Lewiston Morning Tribune Thurs., March 24, 1949 Mrs. C. A. Pell, 66, Kooskia, Succumbs Kooskia, March 23 - Mrs. Corwin A. Pell, 66, died at her home at Kooskia this morning. Mrs. Pell was born at Sioux City, Iowa, Feb. 17, 1883. She was a member of the Christian church and the Rebekah lodge. Survivors include her husband, four daughters, Mrs. Charles McPherson, Mrs. Isip, Mrs. Verda E. Lincoln and Mrs. Willetta Sawyer; two sons, Franklin and Lorton Blewett. Home residences of the children were not available tonight. Two sisters in Nebraska, 17 grandchildren and five great grandchildren also survive. The body is at the Blake Funeral home, Orofino. Funeral services will be held from the Kooskia Presbyterian church with arrangements still pending.
Lewiston Morning Tribune Rites At Kooskia For Lillian A. Pell Orofino, March 24 - Funeral services for Lillian A. Pell, 66, resident of Kooskia the last 11 years, will be held at the Presbyterian church at Kooskia at 10 a.m. Saturday, with the Blake funeral home of Orofino in charge. Burial will be in the cemetery at Gifford. She is survived by her husband, Corwin A. Pell, Kooskia; two sons, Franklin Blewett, Leavenworth, Wash., and Lorton O. Blewett, Kooskia; four daughters, Mrs. Charles McPherson and Mrs. George Isitt, both of Kooskia; Mrs. Ivan Lincoln, Lapwai, and Mrs. Willis Sawyer, Vancouver, Wash.; two sisters and a brother, Mrs. Rob Huliquist, Mrs. Frank Mortar and Richard Umbriet, all of Nebraska. |
