Lewiston Morning Tribune Thursday, April 18, 1935 Peter Parsons, Peck Pioneer, Passes Away, Washington Peck, April 17 - Peter Parsons, pioneer of the Peck region, who filed on a homestead on Angel ridge just after the reservation was opened, died recently at Camas, Wash., according to word received at Peck. He was 83 years old. Mr. Parsons was born in Sweden and came to this country as a sailor. Heart disease caused death. His widow, Mrs. Maggie Parsons, survives. Mrs. James Tweedy, Mrs. Albert Hunter and Mrs. Bessie Lucas, daughters of Mr. Parsons, motored to Camas to attend the funeral Saturday.
