Lewiston Morning Tribune Sat., March 3, 1956 Minnie Nelson, 74, Succumbs Mrs. Minnie Nelson, 74, died last night about 9 at St. Joseph's Hospital, where she had been a patient for four days. She had made her home in the Adams Block. She was born Oct. 23, 1881, at Bozeman, Mon., and came to Lewiston in 1923 with her husband, Honnis J. Nelson. He died here in 1933. Mrs. Nelson was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and of the Catholic Daughters of America. She is survived by two sons, John Nelson, now a patient in the Veterans Administration Hospital at Walla Walla, and Osmon Nelson, Moses Lake, Wash., and four grandchildren. Rosary will be recited tomorrow evening at 7 at Vassar-Rawls Funeral Home. Requiem mass will be celebrated Monday morning at 9 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Burial will be at Normal Hill Cemetery. |
