Lewiston Teller Lewiston, Idaho, November 25, 1898 Mrs. J. R. Nelson Dead. Mrs. Mary C. Nelson, a pioneer of Tammany, died at the family home last Friday. She had been suffering for about ten days with an ailment that was deemed serious from the first. She was highly respected by a wide circle of neighbors and friends. She leaves a large family to mourn her loss. The funeral took place last Sunday. It was designed to hold services in the M. E. Church but it was later decided to conduct the funeral from the late residence. The remains were interred in the Lewiston cemetery. |
