Succumbed at Seattle - Interment Be in Lewiston.

Frank Nelson yesterday received a telegram announcing the death at Seattle of his stepmother, Mrs. J. R. Nelson. The message came from Mrs. Nelson's brother-in-law, Lawrence Humphrey, with whom she had been engaged in the merchandising business until a short time ago. The message stated the remains would be brought to Lewiston for interment, and it is probable the funeral will be held Sunday.

A letter recently received by Frank Nelson announced that Mrs. Nelson was in the hospital, presumable suffering from gallstones, an ailment with which she had been afflicted for some time.
