Lewiston Morning Tribune Wednesday, October 4, 1961 David Mohr, 88 Succumbs At Home David Mohr, 88, retired laborer, died at 8 a.m. yesterday at Somerville Home, where he had been a resident the last two years. Death was attributed to infirmities of age. Mr. Mohr was born Sept. 15, 1873, in Russia and came to the United States in 1885, settling in Kansas. He lived at Walla Walla from 1910 to 1920, then returned to Kansas, where he lived until he moved to Lewiston in 1948. He lived in a cabin on 24th St. for some time before entering the home in November, 1959. He had been married but his wife died a number of years ago. He was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Martha Marl of Aloha, Ore., Mrs. Lillian Comstock of Ephrata, Wash., and Mrs. Ida Olsen of Portland; and four sons, Ralph of Mossyrock, Wash., Walter of Portland, Elmer of Lowell, Ore., and Clarence of Spokane. The body is at Vassar-Rawls Funeral Home.
