Lewiston Morning Tribune Friday, August 9, 1929 Mrs. J. B. Mitchell Dies Resident of Lewiston for 31 Years Victim of Heart Disease. Mrs. J. B. Mitchell, 56, resident of Lewiston for 31 years, died last night at 9:30 o'clock at her home at 709 1/4 Snake River avenue after an illness of several weeks from heart disease. Mr. Mitchell, her husband, had been at the bedside for a week, having been called here from the mountains by Mrs. Mitchell's illness. Mrs. Mitchell was born in Hart county, Kentucky, removing to Texas and coming from there in 1898 with her husband. She is survived by Mr. Mitchell and three sons, Ralph Mitchell and Ray Mitchell, both of Pendleton, Ore., and Clarence Mitchell of Picabo, Idaho. Funeral arrangements had not been completed last night, pending the arrival of the sons. The body is at the Brower-Wann funeral parlors. |
