Lewiston Morning Tribune Monday, September 2, 1912 William M'Laren Dead. Succumbed to Attack of Heart Disease Last Night. William McLaren, for the past nine years a resident of Lewiston, coming here with his family from North Dakota, died at the family home in Blanchard Heights yesterday evening at 7 o'clock from heart disease, from which he had been suffering in a mild form for some time. At the time of Mr. McLaren's death his wife and son, William, Jr., were in the home, but immediately prior to his passing away the improved condition of his health had been remarked on. Besides a wife the deceased is survived by three children, Miss Edith McLaren, William McLaren, Jr., and Mrs. Ray Morris, all of whom are at present in the city. The funeral arrangements have not as yet been completed, but due notice of the day and hour will be announced later. Mr. McLaren was a native of Ontario, having been born there March 17, 1827. |
