Lewiston Morning Tribune Friday, May 24, 1929 Berry S. M'Cracken Dead Pioneer Resident of Inland Empire, Victim of Complications. Berry S. McCracken, 79, pioneer of this and the Palouse regions for 50 years, died yesterday at St. Joseph's hospital from a complication of ailments. He was rushed to the hospital Wednesday night and the end came quickly. Four sons and two daughters survive, Wilford A. McCracken, Robert L. McCracken, Edward Alford McCracken and Mrs. Alta Parker, Anaheim, Cal.; Austin McCracken, Philadelphia, and Mrs. Addie Edwards, 157 F. street court. Funeral arrangements have not been made pending word from relatives in California. The body is resting at the Vassar mortuary. |
