James McCormack, a pioneer of 1860, died yesterday at the county hospital, the cause of death being general complications attendant upon old age. Mr. McCormack was 76 years of age and for many years was engaged in packing, mining and stock raising. He is survived by a son, Joseph McCormack, of the Lapwai section. The funeral will be held at 10 o'clock this morning from the Vassar chapel.
