Lewiston Morning Tribune Thursday, December 2, 1937 G. P. Manson Falls Victim To Infection From Corn G. P. Manson, 85, retired lumberman, died at St. Joseph's hospital at 4:30 p.m. yesterday with blood poisoning resulting from an infection to a corn. He was a native of Tennessee, born June 1, 1852. Before coming to Lewiston to make his home 13 years ago he resided at Moscow almost 40 years. Survivors include three daughters and three sons, Mrs. Fannie Smith, Mrs. Clara Bryant, both of Lewiston; Mrs. Doris Scott, Pullman; Joseph Manson, Spokane, and Lawton Manson and Edward Manson, both of Moscow; also a granddaughter, Mrs. Roy Morris, Lewiston. The body is at the Vassar-Rawls chapel. Funeral arrangements are pending. |
