Lewiston Morning Tribune Sunday, February 19, 1928 Death Takes C. L. King Dobbin & Huffman Employee Succumbs After Brief Illness. C. L. King, 65, for several years employed by the Dobbin & Huffman company as a cook at their sheep camps on the upper Snake river, died last evening at the White hospital, following an illness of a week from heart trouble. Mr. King had been spending the winter in Lewiston because of a slight failing in his health and he was taken to the hospital only a week ago. He was a member of the Ellensburg lodge of Elks, and had become acquainted with some of the members of the local order during his stay here this winter. Surviving are a son in Seattle and a brother in Tacoma. The remains are at the Vassar chapel awaiting funeral arrangements. |
