William Harvey Killed

Was Resident of Lewiston for Period of Four Years.

A message was received in the city yesterday by Mrs. Guy G. Richards stating that her brother, William Harvey, was almost instantly killed Thursday afternoon by being thrown from a wagon at the home of his parents at Woodfords, California.

Mr. Harvey was 24 years of age and resided in Lewiston for a period of four years, leaving here last February to go to the home of his parents at Woodfords, Cal. During the period of his residence here he was employed in the O. A. Kjos and R. C. Beach company department stores, his last employment being with the latter named institution. He was a young man of splendid character and while here identified himself with Gateway Lodge, No. 111, I. O. O. F. and the order was notified of his death yesterday. Mr. Harvey made many friends in Lewiston and the announcement of his death is a great shock to them.
