William H. Harper, 59, died yesterday morning at the Somerville home of heart disease. He was born at Greenville, Ky., Dec. 19, 1880. He had lived in this region for 20 years. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Helen White, Washington, D. C., and Mrs. Josephine Black, Spokane. The body is at the Vassar-Rawls funeral home. Funeral arrangements are not complete, pending receipt of directions from relatives.
