Mrs. Eikum, 86, Taken By Death

Lewiston, Idaho, April 1 - Mrs. Marie Eikum, 86, a resident of Lewiston since 1918, died yesterday at St. Joseph's hospital after a lingering illness.

Born at Norway July 20, 1867, she came to America in 1918 and settled at Genesee and moved to Lewiston in 1918 (dates as written). Her husband, Andrew J. Eikum, died in 1934.

She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran church.

Mrs. Eikum is survived by a son, John Eikum, Genesee; two daughters, Mrs. Marie Leonard, Lewiston, and Mrs. Christine Smith, Los Angeles, Calif.; 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
