Mrs. Franey Clanin, of Lenore, died at the White hospital yesterday from complications. She was brought to the hospital a week ago for treatment which necessitated an operation but her condition was such that her life could not be saved. Mrs. Clanin was about 48 years of age and is survived by her husband. The remains were shipped to Ahsahka yesterday afternoon and the funeral will be conducted today.
