Lewiston Morning Tribune Monday, May 14, 1934 Sarah Jane Brower Dies Resident of Culdesac Had Been Invalid For Five Years. Mrs. Sarah Jane Brower, aged 87, died on Sunday evening at 6 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. L. Hart, in Culdesac. She had been an invalid for five years, since suffering a stroke. She was born in Ohio in 1847 and had lived in Culdesac for 25 years. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Hart, and by two sons, Mark Brower, of Spokane, and James Brower, of Culdesac. She also leaves 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Later announcement will be made of the funeral arrangements.
Lewiston Morning Tribune Mrs. Brower Rites Culdesac, May 14 - Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Jane Brower, who passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. L. Hart, Sunday, will be held from the church here Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Interment will be in Jacques Spur cemetery.
Lewiston Morning Tribune Mrs. Brower At Rest Culdesac, May 16 - The funeral of Sarah Jane Brower was held at the Community church here at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon. The Rev. R. S. Burrill officiated. Music was by Mrs. Tiffany and Mrs. Flint, accompanied by Mrs. A. J. Boyer. Pallbearers were Dave Wright, W. R. Shores, Fred Parks, D. C. Rogers, Oliver Tiffiny, Isiah Lough. Burial was in Jacques spur cemetery. |
