Lapwai, Jan. 7 - John W. Tyler, 74, died at his home here this morning. He was a native of Missouri and had been a resident of Idaho for 47 years, the last 10 years at Lapwai. He leaves a widow and a son and a daughter, Jesse Tyler, Lapwai, and Mrs. Letha Osbloom, Sandpoint. He was a member of the Masonic lodge at Nezperce. The body is at the Brower-Wann chapel at Lewiston where interment will take place.
