Spokane Daily Chronicle Tuesday, April 9, 1968 Virgil Stone Lewiston, Idaho - Virgil Stone, 61, Lewiston, died Sunday night at the Veterans Hospital in Walla Walla. Mr. Stone was born Nov. 25, 1906, at Tekoa, Wash., and moved to Lewiston in 1926. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion, 40 et 8 and Eagles Lodge. Mr. Stone is survived by a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Housh, Lewiston. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at Brower-Wann Chapel, with the Rev. C. Richard Boyd officiating. Burial will be in Normal Hill Cemetery. |
