Mrs. Julia San Garde Is Called By Death
Mrs. Julia San Garde, 86, widow of Jethro San Garde, who died March 10, 1934, at 92, died at her home at Webb Friday night. She lived alone and her body was found yesterday morning by a neighbor.
Mrs. San Garde resided at Webb the last 30 years. She had been a resident of Nez Perce county for more than 50 years and her husband at the time of death had resided in Lewiston, Genesee and at Webb more than 70 years. In early days he owned a rooming house in Lewiston and later engaged in retailing meats.
Mrs. San Garde visited in Lewiston last week for the first time in several years. She is survived by two sons by her first marriage, Clarence Stevens, upper Snake river rancher, and Fred Stevens, residing in Montana; also her brother, David Glass, making his home in south Idaho.
The body is at the Brower-Wann funeral home. Burial arrangements are pending.
