Mrs. Cora Plummer Succumbs At Age 82

Mrs. Cora Plummer, 82, died at 6 a.m., Wednesday, at St. Joseph's hospital where she had been a patient six days. She had been in ill health for some time. She had made her home at 1602 Grelle Ave., Lewiston Orchards, since 1947.

Mrs. Plummer was born Feb. 8, 1870, at Remington, Ind. She married Addison G. Plummer Nov. 20, 1892, at Indianola, Ind. They came west to Moscow in 1901 where they lived until 1922. At that time, they moved to California, returning to make their home at Lewiston Orchards in 1947.

The deceased was a member of the Presbyterian church. Survivors include a daughter, Edith Danskin of Buellton, Calif.; a son, Howard Plummer of Lewiston; and a brother, Omer Miller of Colorado Springs, Colo.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Merchant's funeral home, Clarkston, with the Rev. Merritt Faulkner officiating. Brower-Wann funeral directors will be in charge. Burial will be at Normal Hill cemetery.
