Carroll W. Palmer Dies
Funeral Services to Be Held Today From Vassar Parlors.
Carroll Wayne Palmer, 40, died at White's hospital at 10 o'clock yesterday morning after a lingering illness. He came to Lewiston about nine months ago for treatment and to be with his sisters. He was a native of Oregon.
He leaves four sisters and one brother, Mrs. George H. Kester and Mrs. Mamie White, both of Lewiston; Mr. John Murtaugh, Hollywood; Mrs. J. A. Kayler, Long Beach, California, and Archie L. Palmer, Berkeley, California.
Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. H. N. Dukes from the Vassar chapel at 2 o'clock this afternoon, interment to be in Normal Hill cemetery.
