The two year old daughter of L. L. Oylear, a Leland merchant, was drowned in a rain barrel at her home Tuesday. Mrs. Oglear (sic) was at work upstairs and supposed the little girl was playing with the other children but when she went to look for her found the child in the barrel of water where it had fallen head donward (sic).
