Mrs. Bertle Melcum

Lewiston, Idaho - Funeral services were to be held here this afternoon at 2 for Mrs. Delina Wilcox Melcum, Craigmont, who died Saturday of a heart attack.

Mrs. Melcum was born April 21, 1912 at Lebanon, Mo., and came to Reubens, Idaho, with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Wilcox, when she was six years old. She married Bertle Melcum at Asotin Jan. 20, 1932, and they moved to a farm on Central Ridge.

Mrs. Melcum was a member of the Rebekah Lodge and the Grange.

Besides her husband she is survived by three daughters, Ruth Burgess, Central Ridge, and Marion Blimka and Peggy Lytle, Clarkston; three sisters, Dicey Phillips, Oak Harbor, Wash., Dessie Smith, Clarkston and Darella Tweddy, Spokane, and six grandchildren.
