Mrs. Anna Meiers, 71, died at Somerville home yesterday morning. She was a resident of Lapwai and a native of Sweden, born Oct 1, 1868, coming to this country when she was four years old. Survivors include her husband, Fred Meiers, patient at the veterans hospital at Walla Walla, and her sister, Mrs. Mary Degwer, Rainier, Ore. The body is at the Vassar-Rawls funeral home. Burial arrangements are pending.
