Death Of Mike Manning.
Railroad Workman Passes Away at County Hospital.
Mike Manning, a native of Ireland and 53 years of age, died at the county hospital at the Stranahan place, at 9 o'clock Friday night of consumption. He has been an inmate of the county hospital twice, going there first about a year ago. Until recently he has been engaged at work on the Lewiston-Riparia railroad. He never discussed his family affairs and it is not known whether there are any relatives in this part of the country. It is thought, however, that he has some relations at Butte, Montana.
The remains are at the Vassar Undertaking parlors and the funeral will be delayed until advices have been received from Butte.
