Mary Goss, 75, Dead; Orchards Resident

Mrs. Mary Goss, 75, central Idaho resident for the last 40 years, died at 3 o'clock yesterday morning at White's hospital. Death was attributed to heart disease.

Mrs. Goss was born in Mississippi on Nov. 13, 1869, and came west 40 years ago, residing in the Moscow-Deary area for 39 years and the last year in Lewiston Orchards. She was a communicant of the Methodist church.

Survivors include the following children: Mrs. Victoria Johnson, Fletcher Goss, Virgil Goss and James Goss, all of Lewiston; Mrs. Nora Turner, Portland; Louis Goss, Seattle; Mrs. Mattie Headrick, Moscow; her brother, John Fondren, Lewiston, and 23 grandchildren and 14 great- grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 11 from the Vassar-Rawls chapel with interment at Beulah cemetery near Moscow.
