Daniel Duty, eight-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Duty, Lenore, died at 4 yesterday afternoon at St. Joseph's hospital. Death was attributed to a kidney ailment. He had been at the institution one day. He was born at Lenore April 3, 1933. The body is at the Vassar-Rawls chapel with funeral arrangements pending.
